2009 Lessons Learned Report

RTD has released the first FasTracks Lessons Learned Report - a look at what has gone well in the program thus far and should be repeated, and the things that RTD will do differently in the future. General Manager Phil Washington requested the report as an open and transparent review to gain direct knowledge from past experiences and use them as a guide in moving forward towards program completion.
